Estatovio Builds Websites for Estate and Letting Agents

Estatovio is a web design and development service that works only with estate agents, letting agents and property managers in the UK.

What we do

Estatovio designs and builds websites for estate and letting agencies across the United Kingdom: independents with a single office, groups with several branches, lettings specialists and property managers. The work covers new websites, redesigns, listing pages and feeds, area guides, branch pages, enquiry forms, lettings sections and care after launch.

We do not sell or let property, we are not connected to any portal or CRM provider, and we do not give legal advice. Our job is to build websites that present your agency, your listings and your information clearly and honestly.

Why only agencies

Estate agency websites have needs that general web design rarely covers well. Listings arrive through feeds from property software. Letting agents in England must publish fee lists and scheme statements on their sites. Rental adverts changed in 2026 under the Renters' Rights Act. Listing information sits under consumer law that was rewritten in 2025. Branch pages must be distinct without contradicting each other. Working with one trade means we understand these things before the first conversation, rather than learning them on your project.

What we believe about agency websites

  • Listings come first. Most visitors come to look at property. The listing page is the most important design on the site.
  • Clarity beats cleverness. A visitor should find a property's price, tax band, tenure and energy rating without hunting, and a landlord should find your fees in one tap.
  • Honesty is good marketing. Genuine reviews, real team photos and accurate claims build more trust than polished exaggeration, and the law now expects it.
  • Local knowledge is your advantage. Area guides and branch pages should carry knowledge only your team has, not text any agency could publish.
  • The site should be yours. You own the domain, the code and the content, and you can take them elsewhere.

How we work

Every project starts with questions, followed by a written scope and a fixed-price proposal. You approve each stage before the next begins: design, build, content and testing, and launch. Communication is mainly by email, with calls when they help. The process page describes each stage, and the pricing page explains how we quote.

The guides

Alongside the service, we publish guides on the rules and practices that shape agency websites. They are written and maintained by Ethan Brooks, the site's editor, from primary sources such as legislation, government guidance and Trading Standards guidance, and each one shows when it was last checked. The editorial policy explains how they are researched and corrected.

Who is behind Estatovio

Estatovio runs this website and is the data controller for the personal data covered by our privacy notice. The person who runs Estatovio has commercial interests in web design services. That is the business behind this site, and it is why the guides exist: they show how we think about agency websites. They are written to be useful whether or not you ever hire us.
